Meridian Graphics takes pride in being an environmentally responsible "green" printer. We believe it is our duty to tirelessly preserve the environment and conserve energy.
Some of the steps we take to care for our environment include the recycling of paper waste, aluminum press plates and printer ink cartridges. Meridian also primarily uses low VOC soy-based inks which are far less toxic and make it much easier to recycle paper.
As a member of the FSC (the Forrest Stewardship Counsel), we offer a large variety of FSC certified paper. The FSC is an advocacy group that makes certain that responsible harvesting of forests is employed and educates consumers on the issue. With FSC approved papers, we can provide a record of our FSC certified paper, tracking that the paper was harvested and manufactured from use of fibers from responsibly managed forests.
